The mission of the International Relations Department is to support the University’s internationalization policies and to promote, at both national and international levels, the image of Alecu Russo Balti State University as a distinct academic community and a center of education, research and culture.
What can we offer you?
- Assisting in the establishment of partnerships with higher education institutions (HEI), organizations, and institutions abroad;
- Disseminating information on opportunities and conditions for obtaining study and research scholarships abroad, offered by various national and international institutions and organizations;
- Handling formalities related to inbound mobility at USARB for teaching staff, administrative staff, and international students (including residence permits);
- Identifying partners for various international programs;
- Providing technical assistance in the development of project proposals;
- Contributing to the organization of international seminars, meetings, and scientific forums;
- Promoting, through mass media, the international relations activities carried out within the University;
- Initiating and maintaining official correspondence with universities abroad;
- Establishing contacts with international organizations and embassies;
- Monitoring the proper management of budgets allocated to international projects in which the University is a partner;
- Preparing online presentations and informational materials in Romanian and foreign languages for the promotion of the University’s image abroad.
