In accordance with the University’s Quality Doctrine and Policy and with the Regulation on the organization of higher education studies based on the National Study Credit System, student surveys shall be conducted at Alecu Russo Balti State University for the purpose of evaluating the quality of teaching activities carried out by university teaching staff during a semester, the quality of studies in the 2018-2019 academic year and the quality of specialist training as evaluated by Cycle I and Cycle II graduates. For the implementation of the student survey procedure, the following Order is issued:
- To organize the survey process for full-time students (Cycle I and Cycle II) during 11.06.2019 – 18.06.2019.
- To organize the survey process for graduating students full-time (Cycle I and Cycle II) and part-time, during 15.07.2019 – 18.07.2019.
- Faculty Quality Evaluation and Assurance Commissions and the methodologists of the part-time section shall ensure student attendance in the computer rooms.

In accordance with the Quality Doctrine at Alecu Russo Balti State University and System Procedure PS-USARB-06, Customer Satisfaction Evaluation, approved at the University Senate meeting of December 17 2009 and in line with the USARB Senate meeting plan, the issue regarding the student opinion survey on the quality of studies in the 2017-2018 academic year will be discussed at the Senate meeting of 27.06.2018. For the implementation of the student opinion survey, the following Order is issued:
- To conduct the student survey during May 07 – May 14 2018 (for Cycle I and Cycle II full-time students).
- To conduct the student survey during June 04 – June 16 2018 (for Cycle I part-time students).

In order to enhance the quality of activity within the Department of Information Technologies, a planned internal audit mission shall be initiated by the Quality Management Department.
The audit will be organized and conducted by the staff of the Quality Management Department and the University’s audit team during June 19-23 2017.
The internal audit team will evaluate the quality of documentation management within the Department of Information Technologies for the period 2011-2016.

In order to evaluate the quality of the organization and implementation of internship placements at Alecu Russo Balti State University (Cycle I – Bachelor’s studies and Cycle II – Master’s studies), a planned internal audit mission shall be initiated by the Quality Management Department.
The internal audit will be organized and conducted by the staff of the Quality Management Department and the University’s audit team during May 3-6, 2016.
The objective of the internal audit mission is to improve the following performance indicators:
- organization of internships;
- practice bases;
- monitoring of internships;
- evaluation of internships.
Heads of departments / persons responsible for organizing and conducting internships within departments, as well as the Head of the Study Section / the coordinating methodologist for internships at USARB, shall present documentation related to the organization and implementation of internships (guidelines / regulations, contracts, allocation orders, portfolio examples, registers, statistical data for the last five years, etc.).

The Faculty of Exact, Economic and Environmental Sciences, on 13.11.2015, will organize the following activity:
- Seminar for first-year students (economic profile) on the topic: Motivation – A Premise for Ensuring the Quality of Studies.
The Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology and Arts, on 13.11.2015, will organize the following activities:
- Debate on the topic: From Professional Training to a Successful Career.
- Discussion on the topic: Self-Evaluation of Activity in the Educational Process.
- Seminar on the topic: Quality Management in Education.
- Debate on the topic: The Role of Student Satisfaction Questionnaires in Ensuring Faculty Quality.
- Debate on the topic: Evaluation and Self-Evaluation Conducted by Students at Faculty Level. Proposals. Perspectives.
The Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, on 13.11.2015, will promote: Self-Governance Day – Student Interventions in Enhancing the Quality of Management and Teaching within the Faculty, which will include: opinion survey, public debates and student meetings.

In order to improve didactic activities within departments, an internal audit regarding the evaluation of the course holder’s portfolio for a course unit will be initiated, planned by the Quality Management Department.
The audit will be organized and carried out by the staff of the Quality Management Department and the University’s audit team during the period 15 April – 15 May 2015.
